Les intervenantes discutent de l'industrie 4.0

We recently had the pleasure of hosting the recording of a new episode of the podcast Ça part en pod’ in our studios, dedicated to a topic at the heart of current industrial transformations: Industry 4.0.

For this third episode, the format evolves to make room for a three-way conversation, encouraging dialogue, experience sharing, and the confrontation of different perspectives — an ideal setup for tackling such a transversal subject as industrial digitalization.

🎙️ Three experts, one grounded perspective

Around the table were Alexandra Desserre, Hamida Fenjirou, and Morgane Cazaubon, respectively President, Southeast Director, and Southwest Director of Agence Smart Industry. All three are responsible for industrial digitalization projects and bring concrete expertise shaped by many field experiences close to real industrial sites and their constraints.

For 42 minutes — the length of a solid episode — the discussion naturally unfolds around the past, present, and future of Industry 4.0, weaving together examples of success, points of vigilance, and key lessons learned.

⚙️Industry 4.0: Beyond tools, a human transformation

The episode explores several important topics, including:

  • The major early developments linked to Industry 4.0,

  • Current challenges around artificial intelligence and cybersecurity,

  • The central role of people in digital transformation projects,

  • And the essential ingredients for a pragmatic and sustainable approach to digitalization.

This candid, real-world discussion highlights the conditions necessary for technological innovation to have a positive and concrete impact on industrial organizations
